Why should I select Superior Homes Custom to be my builder?

Does my property have to be paid off?
No, it does not. Usually the amount you owe on your land can be added to your new home mortgage.
Is it possible to include the water well and the septic in the mortgage loan?
Yes, this is a standard procedure when water wells and septics are needed for the home.
How long will it take to complete our home?
Usually the total process takes 5 to 6 months. The construction time is usually 3 to 4 months.
Will you modify your house plans for me?
Yes, we absolutely will work with you in modifying your home plans! We are a custom home builder and we want to build a home to your specifications. We charge you only if you add square footage or add a feature.
Will you build a home from a plan that I have?
Yes, this is one of our specialties! Bring us your plan or a sketch (even if it is out of a plan book)
and we can give you a good construction estimate in 24-48 hours.
How do I finance the construction of my new Superior Custom Home?
A "one time close" construction and permanenet loan arrangement is what most customers use. We have "preferred" lenders for you to use that will tailor a mortgage to fit your personal financial requirements. We have
also made arrangements with these lenders to save you money.
Do I have to provide you a soil report of my property?
Yes. Our prices include an engineer post-tension foundation and a 10 year structural warranty.
